◦ We offer shipping across New Zealand/Nationwide from our online store.
◦ All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Christchurch.
◦ Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
◦ Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business
days after payment confirmation and stock availability.
◦ During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

We offer the following shipping options:

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Cost: Free shipping on orders over $250 + GST NZD; otherwise, costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
◦ Express Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
◦ International Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
4. Shipping Rates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. You can monitor your order status via www.nzpost.co.nz/tools or contact our customer service for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations or product limitations.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before placing an order.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:
◦ Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
◦ Missing/Incomplete Order: If any items are missing from your order.
◦ Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items and contact us at admin@allautomated.co.nz for further assistance.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered incorrect information, contact us immediately at admin@allautomated.co.nz. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
11. Order Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase or before it is dispatched. After this period, cancellations or changes are not possible. Contact us at admin@allautomated.co.nz or +64 212233635 for cancellations or modifications.
